ELP Language Translation Services LLC is committed to ensuring that everyone, including people with disabilities, can use our website and services. Language access is at the heart of what we do, and that commitment extends to the way we present ourselves online.
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including vision, hearing, motor, and cognitive impairments.
Our website is designed with accessibility in mind. Some of the features we have built in include:
Beyond our website, accessibility shapes how we deliver services. We offer American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation through our trusted partner network for clients who are Deaf or hard of hearing. We accommodate scheduling needs for clients with mobility, vision, or cognitive considerations. If there is a way we can adjust how we work with you to make our services more accessible, please let us know.
We are continuously working to improve. We acknowledge that some areas of our website may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We welcome reports of any accessibility barrier you encounter so we can address it promptly.
Our scheduling, contact form, and video conferencing rely on third-party tools (Google Calendar, Formspree, Google Meet). These tools have their own accessibility features and limitations. If you need help using any of these tools to interact with us, please contact us directly by phone or email and we will be glad to assist.
If you have trouble accessing any part of our website or services, please reach out. We are happy to provide information, schedule, or correspond with you through whatever channel works best, including phone, email, or relay services.
